EPDM

It has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical properties, oil-filling and room temperature fluidity. Ethylene propylene rubber products can be used for a long time at 120℃, and can be used briefly or intermittently at 150- 200℃.

NBR

It is made from butadiene and acrylonitrile by emulsion polymerization method. NBR is mainly produced by low temperature emulsion polymerization method, with excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. Its disadvantage is poor low temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor electrical properties, slightly lower elasticity.

PTFE

Can be used continuously at 260℃, has a maximum operating temperature of 290-320℃, very low coefficient of friction, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability. Can not be injection molding, can be extruded or do coating. PTFE unique properties make it in the chemical, petroleum, textile, food, paper, medicine, electronics and machinery and other industrial and marine operations have a wide range of applications.

Metal Seals

Metal seal valve seat material has good resistance to high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other properties, but the processing process requirements are relatively high, its biggest drawback is the long operation work is prone to leakage.
